Kat has 35+ years of diverse Department of Defense experience with 23+ years of progressive leadership and organizational expertise.   Prior to coming to work at PrimCorp, Kat retired from federal civil service with the Air Force, where she spent 34 years across the Air Force Enterprise at AF Base level units, Major Commands, Headquarters Air Force Staff and finally with the Secretary of the Air Force staff.  Her last assignment was dual-hatted as the Deputy to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force Reserve Affairs and Director for the US Civil Air Patrol Affairs.  She has a proven leadership record in strategic planning, information resource management, risk management, information and resource protection, business process improvement, and force management for the AF Total Force (Active duty AF, AF Reserve, Air National Guard, civilians, contractors and auxiliary of the AF).
