Pierre has 35+ years of proven executive leadership experience in all aspects of program management, supply chain management, logistics, fuels management, environmental compliance and quality assurance. Before retiring from the Air Force in 2004, he spent 26 years in leadership service where he successfully exceeded performance metrics, increased productivity levels, reduced operating costs and ensured full client satisfaction. Prior to forming PrimCorp, Pierre was the Director of the Department of Homeland Security Programs where he built a responsive organization that consistently delivered results by aligning the requisite strategic vision to business goals, resulting in revenue growth over $10M. He has been a Program Manager for multiple supply chain management programs within the National Capital Region and has served as Principal for a $6M Logistics line of business.
Michelle has 25+ years of extensive leadership and expertise in acquisition and program management, leading programs ranging in varying levels of complexity, overseeing the issuance of solicitations and pre-award actions, and cradle-to-grave administration. Prior to forming PrimCorp, Michelle served as the Deputy Director of the Department of Homeland Security Programs, Senior Acquisition Program Manager, and Senior Acquisition Subject Matter Expert for the Defense Logistics Agency for 17+ years. She has a results-driven background that includes process re-engineering, performance based contracting and management, contract negotiations, requirements identification and staff training and mentoring.
