Change Management and Facilitation

Our Goal

We provide a full set of change management and facilitation support services to the Federal government.  We combine our knowledge of technical domains with expertise that relies on leading change management methodologies, such as the Prosci ADKAR Model, to ensure that our clients are able to enroll the leaders surrounding them to achieve desired strategic results.  We emphasize that programmatic results are dependent upon supporting leaders across all levels to host powerful conversations and continuously link day to day efforts to a larger strategic intent.
